Yes, there is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want!
Is TwiLead RGPD Compliant?

What kind of support can I expect?
Our team offers full online support, or you can use our live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also use our online help resources, live training sessions, Zoom calls and a library of Twilead-produced videos and articles.
What other costs can I expect?
The only charges apart from your monthly subscription are the “consumables” (emails, SMS, calls, AI usage) which are billed to you in addition to your subscription on a credit basis.
You can also subscribe to optional monthly subscriptions like What’sapp or AI Employee and other specific options.

In your account you’ll find information about the cost of each SMS, email, call or other “consumable” integrated into Twilead. Each time you use one of these, it will automatically show you the amount of “credits” deducted from your wallet.
Is there any limitations about users or contacts?
No, TwiLead is unlimited for Pro and Premium: you can add as many users as you want and feed the CRM with thousands of contacts if you want. It does not impact your monthly subscription.
Do I have to pay for new features?
No, improvements and new features are automatically added to the modules corresponding to your subscription.
When new modules are available, they are added to the Premium pack users.
